Fireside [Meetup]: Rhythm & Light

​A collaborative night of live music, real-time visuals, and creative exchange.

​This month’s Fireside brings together three Portland-based artists to explore the interplay between rhythm and light, where sound shapes visuals and visuals respond in kind.

​🎛 Joshua Limanjaya (@_limanjaya) is a music producer, community builder, and local business owner at Apa Kapar. He’ll share his approach to modular music creation and perform a set live.

​🌀 Mike Murdock (@mjmurdoc)is a director working in virtual and augmented reality. His VR experiences have premiered at Sundance, Tribeca, and SXSW. At Fireside, he’ll present his audio reactive visual systems and join the performance with custom generative visuals.

​💥 Jeffery Edwards (@yunsumz) is a multidisciplinary glitch artist and music producer. His work blends TouchDesigner and Procreate to create dynamic, distorted forms—recently featured at the CETI “Constellations” show.
